Kwazulu Natal feels like South Africa’s wild child. There’s a sense of energy and vibrance that comes with the tropical, holiday scented landscape and we are all in to enjoy this!
Set in the rolling hills of Zululami sugar cane plantations, Coral Cove is set to be an incredible Auria development. We really had fun with this one and allowed the adventure to guide our design. Here you can see what we imagine for the space as it is yet to come. We envision a massive textured mural on the wall in the double volume living space. A painterly and energetic feature to the lounge that is colourful in a cool and fresh manner. We use soft duck egg blues and mint green fabrics against feisty fuchsias and Malabar inspired scatter cushions. The architecture is gently colonial but decidedly modern, always crisp and elegant with open trusses and carefully considered slatted timber screens.
